How to book on ApexLoge — step by step
The whole flow from search to confirmation — takes under 2 minutes.

ApexLoge is a marketplace for beauty & wellness salons across Europe with real-time booking. Here's the whole process from the inside.
1. Find a salon
Start from the homepage or /search. You can filter by city, category (hairdresser, nails, spa, etc.), rating and distance from your current location.
2. Review the profile
Each profile shows the price menu, working hours, location on a map, portfolio and verified reviews. You'll also see the Google rating — most salons sync that too.
3. Pick a service and time
Click 'Book'. The menu shows real prices and durations. Once you pick a service you see the salon's live calendar — only open slots are clickable.
4. Confirm
- Free-to-confirm services — just click 'Confirm'. You'll get a push and email immediately.
- Services requiring a deposit — we forward you to Stripe for secure payment. The deposit is usually 20-30% of the price, deducted on-site.
- If you follow the salon — new slots appear for you first (with a push notification).
5. Manage the booking
All your bookings appear in /dashboard/appointments. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance with no fee. Inside that window the salon's policy applies.
Loyalty perks
- Loyalty points — earn 10 points per €1 spent. 100 points = €1 off.
- Referral program — share your link and earn credit on every booking your friends make.
- Favourite salons and stylists — follow them to get a push when they post promos or new slots.
Frequently asked questions
- Is ApexLoge free to use?
- Yes, for customers. The platform is free. If the salon requires a deposit you pay only that (it's deducted from the final bill).
- What happens if the salon cancels my booking?
- If you've already paid a deposit it's automatically refunded to your payment method within 5 business days. You'll also get a push notification right away.
- Can I book without an account?
- No — a minimal account is needed so we can manage the booking, send reminders, and protect salons from no-shows. Sign-up takes 30 seconds and you can use Google sign-in.
