This English version is provided for convenience only. The Bulgarian-language version of these Terms is the legally binding text and prevails in any dispute.
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the ApexLoge platform (available at apexloge.com), operated by "Adstic Interactive" Ltd., UIC 206749752, registered in Varna, Bulgaria, managed by Vladimir Vladimirov ("ApexLoge", "We", "the Platform").
Please read these Terms carefully. By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use ApexLoge.
1. Service description
ApexLoge is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform designed for beauty salons, professionals and other businesses ("Businesses", "Salons"). It provides them with software tools (including booking widgets) for schedule management, appointment booking and customer retention ("End Customers").
ApexLoge is a software provider (technology intermediary) and is NOT a party to the contracts concluded between Businesses and End Customers. We do not provide the services that salons offer and bear no responsibility for their quality or performance.
2. Financial terms and payment processing
2.1. ApexLoge does not hold funds
Important: ApexLoge does NOT hold, collect or manage funds belonging to End Customers or Salons. We only provide the technological infrastructure to the Business. All payments from End Customers for services booked through the Platform flow directly to the respective Business's account via the payment operator Stripe.
2.2. Registration and verification requirements (Stripe)
To accept payments, Businesses must complete mandatory registration and a Know-Your-Customer (KYC/KYB) verification process in Stripe.
- Individual registration: Stripe allows individuals to register as merchants/professionals. To do so, Stripe requires: full name, date of birth, national ID/tax number, full address, photo of a valid identity document, and a valid bank account in the individual's name.
- Legal entity registration (companies): company documents are required, along with details of beneficial owners and managing directors.
2.3. Payment pauses and refunds
If a Business fails to provide complete and correct verification data to Stripe in time:
- Stripe reserves the right to temporarily pause the Business's ability to receive payouts to its bank account.
- If the account remains unverified for an extended period (up to 30-45 days, and up to 120 days in some jurisdictions) or verification fails, Stripe may close the account.
- If an account is closed due to lack of verification, Stripe automatically refunds all held amounts back to the End Customers' cards. ApexLoge cannot prevent this process and bears no responsibility for the Business's lost revenue.
3. Rights and obligations of Businesses (Salons)
- The Business undertakes to provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration.
- The Business must clearly inform its End Customers of its own appointment cancellation and refund policies.
- The Business is fully responsible for performing the services booked through the Platform and for resolving any consumer disputes (including chargebacks).
4. Rights and obligations of End Customers
- End Customers use the booking widgets to request an appointment with a Business of their choice.
- Customers must comply with the cancellation rules set by the specific Business. All refund requests are directed to the respective Business, not to ApexLoge.
5. Limitation of liability
- ApexLoge provides the platform "as is" and does not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or technically flawless.
- ApexLoge bears no responsibility for damages arising from disputes between Businesses and End Customers, poor service quality at the salon, or a Business's inability to verify with Stripe.
- ApexLoge bears no responsibility for the actions of third parties (such as the payment operator Stripe), including holding funds or refusing to process transactions.
6. Changes to the Terms
ApexLoge reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Businesses and users will be notified of material changes through the Platform or by email.
