Is there a contract or commitment?+

No. Monthly plans cancel anytime. Annual plans get 2 months free (you pay 10, use 12). No penalties, no hidden fees.

How does the 14-day trial work?+

When you start a paid plan you enter a card, but we don't charge until the 14 days are up. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. Trial applies to monthly and annual plans.

Are deposits required?+

No. Apex Free has deposits disabled — customers reserve appointments and pay in person. On Apex Pro and Apex Store you choose during onboarding whether to enable them. When enabled, requires Stripe Connect Express verification.

Can I switch between Apex Pro and Apex Store?+

Yes, anytime. Upgrading to Apex Store includes a fresh 14-day trial so you can evaluate the shop features risk-free.
